Monte Avena, easily accessible from the Feltre and Pedavena area, is home to a small ski resort with stunning views. From this natural balcony overlooking the rolling hills of the Prealps, the imposing Vette Feltrine mountains dominate the scene (Monte Pavione is the highest peak, part of the Belluno Dolomites National Park).
From Monte Avena, with its relaxing landscapes, you will discover the ideal location for understanding the orography of the territory, combining the view of the majestic peaks with the vastness of the valleys.
Further down lies Valbelluna, which can sometimes appear shrouded in an evocative blanket of fog. And further still, shifting your gaze, you can make out Tomatico, the Grappa massif and, further away, Cima XII on the Sette Comuni plateau and unusual views of Lagorai.
