Sunday 30 August 2026 Cortina d’Ampezzo is cloaked in its history.

The Dolomites frame the scene. The bands fill the air with sound. The costumes tell generations. And an entire community comes together to reconnect with its roots.

It is the 48th Fèšta de ra Bàndes, one of the most authentic and heartfelt events of the Ampezzo summer: a grand celebration of music, identity, culture, and belonging that culminates in the spectacular parade along Corso Italia and the final Concertone.

Amidst colors, notes, and traditional costumes, Cortina tells what makes it unique: a vibrant alpine culture, elegant and deeply proud of its origins.

For this special day, l’Union de i Ladis d’Anpezo invites the population to participate in large numbers, in Ampezzo costumes, parading together with the group of ULd’A.

The meeting is at 1.30 p.m. in via Roma, at the height of the Hotel Cristallino.

It is not just a celebration.
It is walking memory. Tradition that resonates. Identity that becomes a spectacle.

And when the music fills Corso Italia, Cortina will once again have something to tell.
