The Grand Tour of the Belluno Dolomites is a circular bikepacking route for road bikes, starting and finishing in Belluno. It is designed for well-trained cyclists who want to cross the Belluno Dolomites over several days, following the rhythm of the road and building the journey stage by stage.
With more than 240 km and nearly 4,700 metres of elevation gain, the route connects Valbelluna, Cadore, Val di Zoldo and the Agordino area in a varied and rewarding experience. The bicycle becomes the thread that links very different environments: the Piave River, mountain roads, villages, forests, lakes, demanding climbs and wide-open views across the Dolomite valleys.
More than just a cycling tour, it is a complete way to discover the Belluno Dolomites by bike, crossing territories that differ in landscape, altitude and character. The journey begins in the urban setting of Belluno, climbs towards Cadore, enters the higher valleys, crosses Val di Zoldo and Agordino, and finally returns to Valbelluna along quieter roads, descents, peaceful stretches and views that gradually reveal themselves along the way.
