The Lago d’Ajal Refuge, a gem nestled among the Ampezzo woods, presents an absolute novelty: an exclusive evening dedicated to "mountain" Sushi. Under the guidance of the young manager Alberto Alverà, Japanese tradition merges with local flavors in a dynamic and refined culinary experience.
Starting at 8:30 PM, the Chef will prepare the courses right in the dining area, offering a true show cooking experience in front of the diners.
Recently renovated, the refuge reflects in the waters of its high-altitude pond, offering an atmosphere of "natural Eden". For those wishing to prolong the enchantment, 2 lake-view suites are available for an unforgettable awakening in the heart of the Dolomites.

The refuge can be reached with a walk of about 40 minutes (on foot, with snowshoes, crampons, or ski mountaineering). Alternatively, a snowmobile service is active:

- Evening hours: departures 7:00 PM/7:30 PM–8:00 PM; returns by 11:00 PM
