“From the Dairy to the Table” is the gastronomic journey accompanying Open Dairies in Valbelluna with a series of themed dinners and lunches dedicated to the dairy excellences of the area through menus specifically designed for the occasion, in collaboration with the tasters of ONAF Belluno.
Each event offers a different experience: traditional dishes reinterpreted with creativity, guided tastings and pairings designed to enhance the quality of local products, from Montasio to blue cheeses, from schiz to fresh ricotta.

A night dedicated to the authentic flavors of the Belluno tradition: millefeuille with marinated schiz, maccheroncini with seasoned Camolino, fresh ricotta bracciolina and a final selection of cheeses accompanied by honey and mustard.

A gastronomic journey through textures and flavors: breaded schiz, herb caciotta, mozzarella in carrozza, goat blue risotto, and artisanal mascarpone ice cream with red fruits.
