Classical harp concert

On the occasion of International Women's Day, the Siorpaes family of the Averau refuge organizes a tribute to all Women and the culinary tradition of the Ampezzan Ladin.

During the dinner on Saturday, March 7 at the Averau refuge, the artist Sonia Dainese will perform in a classical harp concert.

This event is part of a larger initiative that offers a special menu from Monday, March 2 to Sunday, March 8 designed for the occasion. Among the dishes, the "casunziei" stand out, a type of ravioli filled with red beet, but with a curious twist: the dish will be prepared with the same ingredients in reverse order, taking on a delicate pink color. Additionally, only during this event will it be possible to taste the "Red Velvet" as a "pink" dessert (see photo).

 During the evening, the ladies will receive mimosa flowers as a gift.

A romantic atmosphere, therefore, made of sweet melodies, a warm environment, and special dishes.

• Night ascent with the illuminated chairlift of the 5 Torri to the Scoiattoli refuge

• From the Scoiattoli refuge, reach the Averau refuge by snowmobile
• Dinner and party at the refuge
• Descent back by snowmobile
