Genesis is a cultural project that was born in SanBrite, in the heart of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
An annual multi-day event that brings together cuisine, nature, tradition, and innovation into a single vision: to build a more conscious future through food and hospitality.

During Genesis, chefs, producers, artisans, entrepreneurs, students, and curious minds come together. Together we ask ourselves a central question: how can we generate value for the territories, respecting what makes them unique?
