The walk from Lake Centro Cadore to the Tose pond winds through a landscape that alternates between river and woodland scenery, in a setting steeped in history.

At the end of the trail, you arrive at the picturesque Tose pond, renowned since ancient times for the healing properties of its water. This fairytale setting served as the filming location for the TV drama *A Step from Heaven*. This walk combines nature with the area’s history and is best enjoyed at a leisurely pace, letting yourself be guided by the sound of the water and the changing scenery along the way.
The route is not very busy, of moderate difficulty and approximately 5.5 km long. It takes around two hours to complete. It is best undertaken from late spring to autumn. The Lagole area is ideal for a stop.
