There are those who are born with the mountain in their heart and grow with the desire to build something that leaves a mark. Diego Triches is an aerospace engineer, but his gaze has always been directed towards his land, the Belluno Dolomites.
His passion for beer started as a game, became a project, and then a way of life. It all began with a small self-built system, with the dream of creating a small brewery. No shortcuts, plenty of experimentation, and love for the territory.
Today that dream has taken shape. Birra Triches has become a reality, in the Tap Room of Castion, Belluno: a welcoming place, with a veranda that smells like home, where every beer tells a story. Here, people don't just come to drink. They come to live an experience, to share a glass, to gather around the counter or at the outdoor tables. To feed on curiosity, passion, authenticity.
Behind the 12 taps, there are the staff members, with smiles and the desire to share. Every style has a soul, every sip is an emotion. It starts with the classics:
- Numero Uno, a keller poured directly from the maturation tanks,
- Numero Due, a fresh and decisive APA,
- Numero Tre, inspired by Belgian tripels, intense and enveloping.
Then there are the beers that surprise, that dare, that express the desire to go beyond: Camorz, Gever, Cor. Each one is a combination of different aromas and flavors. Every name is a call to the territory, every recipe is a journey through quality, tradition, and innovation.
