At the beginning of Valmorel, you will find the Il Cammino farm. Founded in 2023 from Francesca's passion for raising animals, it is a family project that represented the opportunity to change their lives.

You won’t find large productions here; it's a small business focused on the well-being of its animals, on ethics and respect for animal life, and aims for quality products.

The activity and the sales point are open all week, but it’s always better to call ahead to arrange a time. For those who cannot make it up here, Francesca is always present at the farmers' markets in Belluno and surrounding areas.

Each egg is a promise of goodness and genuineness: here, you won’t find “perfect” eggs all year round, but healthy and natural eggs. They tell the story of green pastures, free-range hens, and natural rhythms. No shortcuts: just patience and plenty of heart!

Some more details that make a difference

At Il Cammino, it's the details that make the difference and tell Francesca's story: she started from Brescia and arrived in Valmorel at her partner Luca's uncles' old house, seeking a healthier and quieter life, made of small daily gestures... True, like those from her childhood memories.

Francesca's idea is simple, and fortunately not that rare in Valmorel: to blend modernity with a slow philosophy, where no animal becomes just a number.

The farm produces fresh eggs, and product care is the foundation of everything: from the type of farming—free-range and pasture-raised—to controlled feeding.
In addition to the fresh eggs that sell out quickly, especially in peak production months, the farm raises a small flock of Bionde dell’Adamello, a precious and protected breed of goats, of which Francesca is the first breeder in the Province of Belluno.

Those who visit Il Cammino find a genuine place where they can spend time among cheerful hens and curious kids.
The farm is growing steadily and has many new activities planned. For the moment, it is possible to take walks with the kids while they are grazing during the weekend and with prior notice; but in the future, there are plans to open the farm for visits and organize special events to raise awareness of this unusual reality.
