At the beginning of Valmorel is the farm Il Cammino, established in 2023 from Francesca's passion for breeding. The project was born alongside her partner Luca: together they left Brescia to move to Luca's family home and start an agricultural business focused on the quality of production and the well-being of the animals.
The main product of the farm is fresh eggs from free-range chickens with controlled feeding. The production follows the natural rhythms of the seasons. Alongside this activity, Francesca raises a small flock of Bionda dell’Adamello goats, a rare and protected alpine breed, and some Sardinian donkeys, contributing to the enhancement and preservation of these breeds.
The sales point is open during the week, preferably by appointment.
