Cooking class discovering the dishes of the Dolomite tradition. From the raw material to the finished product together with the chef. A snack for all participants will follow.
The course takes place within a setting rich in history: the Corte di Cadore (Former Eni Village) in Borca di Cadore.
The chef from the school of Cortina d'Ampezzo will take participants through the creation of a dolomitic dish starting from the raw materials till the final cooking.
During the course there will be a snack to fully enjoy the experience.
