UNA MONTAGNA DI LIBRI – OLYMPIC EDITION

Running from December to March, this 33rd edition transforms the Queen of the Dolomites into a stage for ideas, stories, and meetings with authors from around the world.

In the historic halls of the Alexander Girardi Hall, the Post Office Palace, and the Grand Hotel Savoia, dozens of free events take place that intertwine literature, current affairs, sports narratives, and reflections on the present, offering a dynamic dialogue between the public and writers.

This edition is part of the cultural program of the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics and Paralympics, bringing voices and stories capable of narrating worlds, experiences, and visions to the Alps, combining the Olympic spirit with that of storytelling.

A Mountain of Books is much more than a literary review: it is a great celebration of culture, open to all, able to welcome readers and enthusiasts in a unique setting, where the majesty of the mountains amplifies the power of stories and ideas.
