The Locanda Valmorel organizes and hosts an event focused on discovery and taste, dedicated to cocoa and its many shades.

The protagonist will be Nina Kakaw, a cocoa roasting company from Belluno, who will accompany participants on a journey through flavors, processing methods, and curiosities related to the world of chocolate.

For the occasion, the Locanda will offer a themed menu that explores cocoa in its various expressions: from the parts of the bean to the components obtained during the various stages of chocolate production. A gastronomic journey designed to enhance this ingredient and discover its possibilities in the kitchen.
