Emotion Race

Emotion Race is the independent OCR race organized by ASD Emotion. Our 5 km obstacle race is back and more energetic than ever

Emotion Race is an OCR (Obstacle Course Race) event: a course of about 5 km with 20 obstacles, during which you will face functional obstacles strength tests running sections bodyweight challenges

Each obstacle is designed to really test you. Physically. Mentally. You don’t need to be a professional athlete. You just need one thing: not to give up.

Organized by ASD Emotion, an organization that thrives on true training, energy, and community. Athletes will be divided into heats of 4 people: 2 women + 2 men Start times will be staggered every 5 minutes.

OBSTACLES Each obstacle can be attempted up to 3 times.

If you fail to overcome it: 20 mandatory burpees to continue.

Women: burpees without belly support.

RANKINGS

• Individual The top 3 in each category will be awarded
• Teams (optional)

You can also participate in teams: one more way to experience the race maximum of 5 people at least 1 woman is mandatory The ranking will be calculated based on the times of: the woman + the 2 best men of the team

 Run for yourself… or run for the team. In any case, be prepared to give it your all.

Athlete reception: from 1:30 PM

Briefing: 2:00 PM

Race start: 2:30 PM (times may be adjusted depending on the number of participants)

Heats will take place throughout the day.
