On Saturday, August 29, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., the “Lino Lacedelli” Rock Gym in Cortina d'Ampezzo opens its doors to an experience dedicated to those who wish to take care of their back, rediscover lightness, and enjoy the pleasure of movement.

With Desireè, in an hour of Pilates focused on back wellness, we will work on posture, mobility, control, and activation of the deep muscles. Through fluid and mindful exercises, breathing, and attention to alignment, the body is guided towards greater stability, balance, and freedom of movement.
