Delicious Trail Dolomiti

In the heart of the Dolomites, among spectacular landscapes and places rich in memory, the Delicious Trail Dolomiti is much more than a race: it is a unique experience that combines sport, nature, and culture.

The main course, about 43 km long, departs from Cortina d'Ampezzo and traverses iconic places such as Croda da Lago, Cinque Torri, Monte Nuvolau, Lagazuoi, and Passo Falzarego, touching the evocative open-air museums of the First World War, among trenches, positions, and the famous Lagazuoi mine gallery.

Alongside the queen distance, the Short Delicious Trail (23 km) and the Medium Delicious Trail (35 km, 1,900 m D+) offer routes suitable for different levels of preparation, allowing everyone to experience the excitement of mountain running.

But what truly makes this experience special is its food and wine soul: along the trail, refuges and rest stops offer local specialties, transforming the race into a journey of taste as well as endurance.
