During the winter in addition to skiing, even at night, in the small but attractive area, you can try snowshoeing, ski touring or snow fun for children.

During warm weather, a dense network of hiking and Nordic walking trails will take you to explore Nevegal and Col Visentin, and from the top, your eyes can see as far as the Venice Lagoon.

Are you feeling peckish during or after the hike? Try the “pastin” and other typical dishes of Belluno at one of Nevegal’s shelters and restaurants.

Curiosities and tips

  • Don’t miss getting your photo taken seated on the giant bench at Casera Erte
  • When the snow melts, the meadows of Nevegal and Visentin are covered with beautiful crocuses, flowers that announce the arrival of spring
  • On the Alpe del Nevegal, there is also the nature reserve of the Botanical Garden of the Eastern Alps
  • In the place called Faverghera, you can find a UNESCO Dolomites panoramic balcony. Here, the view is all the way to Marmolada.
