The AVA Consortium was established at the initiative of a group of people with a passion for viticulture, involving other visionaries in the project to cultivate vines according to principles of sustainability and the development and enhancement of the territory. Thus, resilient green vineyards are born, free from harmful agrochemicals, on the slopes of the mountainous Alpago region, dedicated to the cultivation of two types of white grape varieties, Solaris and Bronner, and a new black grape variety, Cabernet Cortis. These "niche" wines, esteemed by renowned sommeliers, are of great value also thanks to the area of Alpago, where, in fact, wine was already being produced in the 1700s, particularly suitable for the cultivation of these varieties. The breeze from Lake Santa Croce rests on the vines of the high lands of Alpago, making our wines unique and precious.
