The cheeses produced, all of recognized quality, are included in the list of traditional products of the Veneto Region. The Valmorel Dairy is a unique agricultural cooperative in that it is the last active turn-based dairy remaining in the province of Belluno.
Turn-based means that the dairy processes the milk received, transforms it, and returns the dairy products to the members who, in turn, collaborate with the cheesemaker in the milk transformation activity.
