A whole family that has bet on quality agriculture. This is the reality that Carla and Giuseppe carry on, having chosen to continue the family agricultural tradition by involving their son Tommaso.
The “La Schirata” farm was established in February 2003 and has immediately distinguished itself for the care with which sheep and goats are raised. From here comes the idea to embark on the production of quality cheeses.
The milk from goats and sheep is processed following the ancient yet always valid practices of dairy tradition, adding a pinch of imagination that gives added value in quality and delicacy. All stages of production are carried out at the family level: both the production of hay and cheese and its marketing.
