Today, the Pedavena Brewery has been renovated to meet the modern needs of dining and entertainment while not forgetting its past. In order to become a flexible and welcoming structure, the Brewery has been divided into various areas with different functionalities: - The Atrium and the Hall of Frescoes, - the Veranda, - the Hall of Elephants, - the Park.
Each of these areas offers different features of use, covering a wide range of needs: you can simply have a beer, have lunch with a typical dish or just a sandwich, listen to good live music, and enjoy the shows organized by the Brewery; you can also book the rooms for a wedding lunch, a business dinner, an awards ceremony, etc.
The garden also offers the opportunity to play tennis, padel, bowls, and has a children's playground. It goes without saying that the Brewery offers a vast selection of draft beers. For connoisseurs, it is always possible to taste a special beer produced exclusively for the Pedavena Brewery: The Centenary Beer, created in 1997 by the master brewers to celebrate the centenary of the Pedavena plant.
This is an unfiltered and unpasteurized beer made with selected malts, hops, and yeasts, all produced using almost artisanal techniques and with a traditional long aging process.
