In the small and scenic village of Rif, just a stone's throw from Agordo, Ristorante da Carla started its activity in 1955 by cooking game dishes. After 65 years, with the children Eva and Daniele, these dishes are still prepared with the same care according to the Agordina Dolomite tradition.
The establishment can accommodate 45 / 50 guests.
For dinners by reservation, it is possible to arrange special menus: barley soup, wild boar, stewed frogs, fried frogs, stewed tripe, tripe in broth, quails, snails, pork roast cooked in a wood-fired oven.
Available for Baptism, Confirmation, or other celebration lunches.
