Wine and food at altitude - a gastronomic experience traveling through the landscapes of the Dolomites, with tastings of culinary proposals paired with glasses of excellent wine, in the locality of Le Buse, in Falcade.
Departure at the Rent and Go shop, where a glass with a pocket will be provided, which will accompany you during the tasting route.
You can then move freely between the refuges in the locality of Le Buse. The recommended route is as follows:
- Casera Caviazza, where you will be welcomed by the staff of Rifugio Laresei offering: sushi with Fassona tartare and goat cheese mousse, accompanied by Arneis Recit Monchiero Carbone or Nebbiolo Monchiero Carbone;
- Baita Gigio Picol offers: focaccia with herb ricotta and wild boar soppressa and/or marinated char, accompanied by Morellino di Scansano Cerreto Piano or Vermentino Cerreto Piano;
- Malga le Buse offers: gnoccone stuffed with ragù and cheese, accompanied by Rosso Conero Piantate lunghe or Verdicchio Bruno Cavallaro;
- la Casetta at Le Buse, where the guys from the Scuola Italiana Sci e Snowboard Falcade will be waiting for you, offering: orecchiette with turnip tops, accompanied by Fiano A mano or Susumaniello A mano;
The route will conclude at the arrival of the Molino–Le Buse cable car with the grand finale at Ski Stop, where you will find rice arancini, accompanied by Catarratto dei Principi di Spadafora or Syrah dei Principi di Spadafora.
