The appetizer will immediately introduce you to the flavors of our mountains with a delicious unique dish featuring a vegetable puff pastry, polenta with mushrooms and shavings of Piave cheese, and a Monte Avena roll with tosella and pancetta.
The first course is the famous risotto with Birra Pedavena: an ecstasy for all the senses!
Unmissable is the pork fillet with green pepper paired with baked potatoes and beans in tomato sauce.
