Cooking course to discover the desserts of the Dolomites. From raw materials to the finished product together with the chef. There will be an aperitiv for all participants at the end.
The chef from an award-winning pastry shop will guide the participants in creating a Dolomite dessert starting from the raw ingredients to the entrance into the oven.
During the course, there will be a snack to fully enjoy the flavors of the Dolomites.
