Born in the cultural context of Belluno, the initiative is developed under the patronage of the Province of Belluno and the Equal Opportunities Advisor Flavia Monego. The project draws strength from the support of female figures who share a common vision: the promotion of equal opportunities through the enhancement of artistic excellence.

Under the guidance of President Emanuela Licciardelli, a collective of female professionals from the art world has created a synergistic reality aimed at transforming creative potential into concrete job and project opportunities.

The event is configured as a performative conference in which artistic expression and strategic vision merge.
