Discover moreThe Miramonti Festival arrives in Pedavena, a series of four evenings dedicated to cinema and reflection on the mountain, designed for citizens, CAI members, and visitors of the Belluno Dolomites. After a slight shift in the originally scheduled dates in October, the event will now take place from February 3 to March 3, 2026 at 8:45 PM at the S. Guarnieri Cultural Center, with free entry.
The climate change observed in the local area, featuring Pig by Jorn Leeuwerink, The Song of Ice – Chapter 1: the summer of Làres by Paolo Ghisu and Stefano Collizzolli, and First Ascent by Lorenzo Panizza. Guest Jacopo Gabrielli from the CNR Polar Science Institute.
All evenings will be accompanied by moments of debate and discussion with the guests, to deepen the themes addressed in the films and stimulate reflection on the role of the mountain today.
