The last toast on Ajal Lake

It’s official: on September 27, the curtain falls on our season at Lake Ajal. But before we say goodbye, there’s still one thing to do: celebrate together, and do it in style!

In one of the most picturesque corners of the Dolomites, where all summer long we shared views, long tables, laughter, and unforgettable moments, the great Season Closing Party is coming: the last appointment before we bid farewell to these mountains. The event is part of the official calendar of initiatives by Cortina Delicious.

Spinning the party will be the legendary DJ Fax, Guido Fassina, with his music, while from the kitchen will come one of the great classics of the day: oven-baked shank with polenta. And of course, there will be beer: lots and lots of beer, to properly toast the end of a special season.

But the grand finale will also have an exceptional protagonist: the Vecio Alpino, Fabio Alverà, ready to turn into an auctioneer and put treasures for true connoisseurs up for bid: precious wine bottles, whiskey, homemade strudel, and many other surprises.

A party to be enjoyed without haste, amidst music, taste, toasts, and good company, with Lake Ajal providing an extraordinary backdrop.
