Dinner & Party Experience at Hierbas

When the Games conclude, what truly makes them unforgettable remains: the people, the stories, and the shared moments. At Swiss House in Cortina, the finale is celebrated around a large table, in the authentic spirit of alpine tradition.
The star of the gathering is raclette, one of the most iconic dishes of Swiss gastronomy: slowly melted cheese served hot, to be enjoyed in company. Its name comes from the French verb racler, "to scrape," just like the melted cheese that is served directly onto the plate — a tradition that originated in the alpine regions of Valais and is now a symbol of Swiss conviviality.
Amidst the aroma of warm cheese and the festive atmosphere, friends, families, athletes, visitors, and curious onlookers are invited to come together to relive the most exciting moments of the Games, exchange stories, and toast to the spirit of the Alps.
The first portions of raclette will be offered to visitors, while others can be purchased at the Swiss House Kiosk.
Because after sports, medals, and emotions, the most beautiful way to say goodbye is only one: to sit together, share, and let the taste of the Alps do the rest.
