The Cooking Class Experience

Discover the Group Cooking Classes, open to everyone and available in Italian and English. Guided by a local chef, you will dive into the heart of Italian and Ampezzan culinary tradition, learning techniques, curiosities, and recipes passed down through time, using genuine ingredients and authentic preparations. Cooking classes are now considered one of the most engaging experiences to learn about the culture of an area through its flavors.

Every Monday and Thursday, until the end of September, you can choose between appointments dedicated to Italian cuisine and the tradition of Cortina d'Ampezzo.

• Thursday, July 2 will be dedicated to Italian Cuisine: participants will make fresh handmade pasta, pesto prepared on the spot, colorful stuffed ravioli, and a delicious mini strudel. Reservation by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 1.
• Monday, July 6 will feature Typical Ampezzan Cuisine, with the preparation of two first courses from the tradition of Cortina d'Ampezzo and a fresh artisanal gelato. Reservation by Saturday, July 4.

The participation fee is €130.00 per person, with groups of 4 to 10 participants.

The experience includes all ingredients and equipment, tasting of the prepared dishes, apron and chef's hat, complimentary Book Notes, and a final aperitif. Private Cooking Classes are also available, from Monday to Saturday, by reservation at least two days in advance.
