The Roof × Bertani presents a special dinner born from the meeting of The Roof's cuisine and the historic Verona winery Bertani, featuring a tasting journey designed to enhance every nuance of the menu.

It starts with an irresistible journey of finger food: oysters, raw and fried prawns in polenta crust, mini salmon tartare with sour cream and trout caviar, beef tartare with purple potato chips, vichyssoise with seared octopus and potato wafer with slightly spicy confit cherry tomatoes.

At the heart of the evening, risotto with smoked eggplant, burrata, and Sicilian prawns, followed by a refined selection of pastry bites.

Enhancing the atmosphere even more will be the notes of Verena Sambo, for an evening where music, cuisine, and wine converse under the sky of the Dolomites.
