The lavender from our aromatic garden, after being manually harvested, is left to dry. The fragrant spikes are then ready to be threshed: another phase that we strictly handle by hand!
If you want to experience this relaxing and worry-relieving activity, you will find a dedicated station, on opening days, with free entry, to engage in this ancient processing in the company of friends and family, doing “filò”, as passed down by peasant tradition, to enjoy these moments of shared manual activities amidst relaxing chatter and the soothing notes of this plant rich in interesting properties.
