EQUIPMENT

Balance Sphere: A large solid ball on which participants climb. Walking on it helps overcome fears and develop a strong awareness of one's center of gravity.

Slackline: A strap tensioned between two points that trains dynamic balance and extreme concentration.

Stilts: Allow for experiencing a different perspective and require great trust in one's motor skills.

OBJECTIVES/METHOD

The goal is not to train athletes, but young people who believe in their possibilities. The path focuses on:

Motor Awareness
Development of coordination, rhythm, and breathing through non-competitive disciplines.

Emotional Development
Overcoming fears (like walking on the sphere or the slackline) and increasing confidence in oneself and with others.

Group Work
Mirror exercises, body percussion, and theatrical games to create a common rhythm and promote socialization.
