Summer is the perfect time to set off... even without a suitcase!

From June 10 to October 10, 2026, the Summer Reading Challenge launches, a special initiative of Il Veneto Legge dedicated to children in primary school and students in lower secondary school.

The challenge is as simple as it is exciting: borrow books from the library, read them, and collect points until you reach the goal of 10 books.

Each borrowed book returned is worth one point, and each page read is a step toward fantastic worlds, distant eras, and extraordinary adventures.

Pick up the postcard at the library, collect the stamps, and complete your journey: at the end, you'll receive an official certificate of Great Reader, with the possibility of also earning the accolades of Mega Reader and Super Reader by continuing to read.

An initiative that celebrates the tenth anniversary of Il Veneto Legge and invites girls and boys to experience reading as a journey of discovery, growth, and fun, keeping the connection with the library alive even during the holidays.

Because every book opened is a journey that begins, and every reader is an explorer ready to venture ever farther.
