From May 7 to 10, 2026, Belluno will host QUA FUORI – Where Europe Begins, the festival promoted by GAL Prealpi and Dolomiti in collaboration with the EUROPE DIRECT Montagna Veneta Center.
Co-financed by the European Union, the festival aims to create a space for dialogue between local dimensions and global scenarios, encouraging discussion on the future of the EU and promoting greater awareness of current international issues.
During the four days, meetings, in-depth discussions, and cultural initiatives will involve youth and citizens, offering opportunities for dialogue on issues related to the relationships between Europe, the East, Africa, and the Middle East with high-profile guests.
