The organizers therefore communicate "The temporary suspension of traffic limited to the area between the 'Start of the race' vehicle and the 'End of the race' vehicle, on the road sections affected by the event, requires all vehicles coming from roads or areas that intersect or enter the road affected by the competitors' transit to stop."
