Lavaredo Ultra Trail by UTMB®

In the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, in Cortina d’Ampezzo, one of the most iconic trail running events in the world comes to life: the Lavaredo Ultra Trail by UTMB®. An international event that has been attracting thousands of runners ready to experience a unique blend of nature and performance since 2007.

The 2026 edition will take place from June 24 to 28, featuring a complete program of races spread over several days.

Five distances available – 10K, 20K, 50K, 80K, and 120K – designed for every level of preparation. The flagship race, the 120K, will start on Friday, June 26: 120 km and 5,800 meters of positive elevation gain, on a technical and spectacular route through alpine trails and high-altitude views.

The route passes through some of the most iconic places in the Dolomites, including the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, offering breathtaking scenery and a unique immersive experience. The start and finish in Cortina make the event even more captivating, with the thrill of night running.

Part of the UTMB World Series, the race allows participants to earn Running Stones, which are essential for accessing the world finals.
