La piazza delle erbe

The introductory days on the knowledge, collection, and use of wild herbs are back with "The herb square". The course will be offered on three different dates: Sunday, April 12th, Saturday, April 25th, and Saturday, May 2nd.

You will be guided by Irene De Pellegrin as you walk through meadows and woods, identifying and collecting familiar herbs. You will learn to distinguish between medicinal and edible wild plants and discover their uses. At the end of the morning, lunch is planned at Agriturismo Ortoalpino, featuring dishes all based on or enriched with wild herbs collected near the agriturismo itself. A true zero km day.

9.30 Meeting at Agriturismo Ortoalpino and welcome coffee/tea
9.45 Start of guided excursion
12.45 Return to the agriturismo
13.00 Lunch featuring zero km wild herbs
14.30 Discussion and in-depth exploration
15.30 Herbal tea time and conclusion of the experience

You can choose to participate in just the excursion and course for 25€, just the lunch for 35€ (drinks excluded) or the excursion and lunch for 55€ (drinks excluded).
