In Valmorel, on July 26 and August 9, discover one of the most authentic traditions of the Belluno Prealps with an experience dedicated to the local dairy culture.
The activity begins at the Latteria Turnaria di Valmorel at 8:40 a.m., one of the last active turnary dairies. During the visit, the history of this establishment and the functioning of the ancient cooperative management system will be illustrated, a testament to the local rural heritage.
Following will be a demonstration of the craft mozzarella making, during which you will be able to observe the various stages of spinning and conclude with a tasting of the freshly made product.
The experience continues with a transfer to Malga Van, set in the nature of Valmorel, where a breakfast featuring typical local products is planned.
