Friday, February 20 at 7:30 PM, Locanda Antica Bribano hosts a tasting dedicated to Venetian cuisine, paired with wines from Cantina Andreola, an authentic expression of the Rive of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene DOCG.

A gastronomic journey that traverses signature dishes of the Venetian tradition, accompanied by a selection of wines designed to enhance their flavors, territory, and identity.

Enriching the evening, Renato Grando, an expert in culinary history and culture and a Slow Food collaborator, will guide guests through a narrative interwoven with cuisine, wine, and memory.
