The fishing licence consists of the receipt for payment of the Veneto Region concession fee accompanied by an identity document.
A type “B” fishing licence is valid for one year and the fee is e 34.00 for adults aged between 18 and 70. For persons under 18 and over 70, a valid ID document is sufficient.
For foreign fishermen living abroad, the type “D” fishing licence is valid for three months and the fee is e 13.00.
The fishing licence may be replaced by the TEMPORARY FISHING PERMIT issued by the competent regional body.
This permit temporarily replaces the recreational and amateur fishing licence and is issued against payment of a fee of e 8.00 for a day and e 20.00 for a week.
Fishing licence payment methods
Electronic payment is now possible via the Veneto Region's MyPayPago PA portal, which can be accessed at https://mypay.regione.veneto.it

From the portal, it is possible to choose between paying online, or printing a notice that can be paid, also in cash, at post offices, bank counters, cash registers, etc.
Payment of the temporary fishing permit may also be made in the same way as for the fishing licence.
