A unique ski area with just one ski pass
Here you can see the stunning scenery of Croda da Campo, Cima Bagni, Mount Popèra, Cima Undici and Sextener Rotwand with the marvellous Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Cima Dodici and Tre Scarperi up to Rocca dei Baranci; it must be said that you get the best views of the Dolomites starting from Val Comelico.

The Dolomites "UNESCO World Heritage Site natural parks" as well as linking Alto Adige Süd Tirol to the Veneto Region has a particularly unique characteristic: it is the first ski circuit that covers two of the most important European catchment basins with the Mount Croce Comelico Pass as the watershed. That of one of the country’s most scared rivers the Piave that flows down into the Adriatic from Val Comelico and that of the river Drava and then the Danube that flows into the Black Sea from Alta Val Pusteria.

Monte Elmo · Orto del Toro · Prati di Croda Rossa · Passo Monte Croce · NEW Padola-Val Comelico · Waldheim · Monte Baranci · Dobbiaco · Braies a unique Ski-Circuit with just one ski pass in the new "Giro delle Cime" summits tour with 93 km of slopes and 31 ski lifts.

QUAD CHAIRLIFT Padola - Col d'la Tenda

The ski slopes in Padola reach a height of 2000 metres in Col d'la Tenda; the northeast face is bathed in sunshine from the early morning.

The slopes, all equipped with snow-making facilities, are all fun and of varying difficulty levels (black, red and blue) and cover an area of 12 km along the pine forests (Slopes of Tre Picchi, Pies, Tabiadel, Pra di Guardiani, Europa Unita and Campo).

All slopes have modern automatic coupled quad chairlifts. "Padola - Col d'la Tenda", with comfortable chairs reaches the upper station in just over 7 minutes at a remarkable speed of 5m/sec. This is the first chairlift in Italy with intermediary boarding stations which means you can ski from between 1500 and 2000 meters.

The chairlift is fitted with a powerful generator that ensures it is operational even in the absence of electricity from the public grid.

From the 2000 meters in Col d'la Tenda you can admire the spectacular scenery of the peaks of the Dolomites, the villages in Val Comelico and the border with Austria.

Here you can find the new mountain hut "Col d'la Tenda", with a bar/restaurant with a large terrace serving light lunches, snacks and desserts to suit all tastes.

For beginners there is a sunny ski school area in the valley.
