Rifugio Flora Alpina, relax, peace and good kitchen at 1800 m asl in the heart of the Dolomites.
The rifugio is located among the pure nature, with a wonderful view on the Cime del Focobon.
It is easy to gete there, even by car. The place is quite near the Cable Car Col Margherita, with many possibilities of good trekking or nice escursions by bike in summer and in winter with the snowshoes or ski mountaineering.
The rifugio has got also a funny slope for snowtubing and sled!
In summer this is the place choosen by the champions of Giro d'Italia for their training in high altitude, as for example Nibali, Ivan Basso and Sagan.
The restaurant of the rifugio offers the best dishes of the local cuisine, such as gnocchi with smoked cheese, casunziei, canederli soup, pork dishes and many delicious homemade cakes and desserts.
The location is equipped with an outside sauna and large Jacuzzy with view on the Dolomites. Inside for the sport people a modern digital jym! all to be tried!
