The Malga Pien de Vacia is located above the village of Santa Fosca in the Municipality of Selva di Cadore at an altitude of 1618 m a.s.l.
It is managed from mid-June to mid-September by young farmer Renè Spada along with his family.
At the pasture, cows, horses, pigs, chickens, some sheep, and little goats arrive...
At the malga, you will find agricultural products derived from livestock farming, vegetable production, and the important dairy processing of the milk harvested during the months of stay in the pasture.
A dining service is offered that enhances the simple typical cuisine of Belluno and the rich biodiversity of local productions.
