Dishes made with typical local products and short supply chain Cantiere del Gusto opened its doors in December 2013 in Belluno. It is an entrepreneurial challenge of Cantiere della Provvidenza, born from the desire to promote the Belluno area through local culinary excellences in the name of quality and authenticity.
All products and raw materials, sourced from Feltrino to Comelico, are carefully selected by our young chefs to reinterpret the original typical recipes and surprise customers with unique and innovative proposals.
Our dishes can be enjoyed in the relaxing atmosphere of the venue or conveniently at home by taking them to go.
Our à la carte menu, from appetizers to desserts, changes once a month following the seasonality of the products.
From Tuesday to Friday at lunch: Business Menu at € 13.00 consisting of water, a dish of choice, salad, and coffee. Designed for a quick and quality lunch break.
At Cantiere del Gusto, we embrace indulgence, with Romagna IGP piadine and artisan sandwiches from the PanBernardi bakery.
Among the ingredients, the Belluno Pastin is always the star, in a thousand varieties and even in hot dog form.
From the creativity of our chefs were born many other delicious proposals, with particular attention to seasonality and the excellences of the Belluno territory and beyond… all to be tried!
Cantiere del Gusto also offers a coffee break and packed lunch service for events, ceremonies, and parties, with a wide selection of sweet and savory snacks made to order. Upon request: serving of food and beverages.
At Cantiere del Gusto, it is possible to organize business lunches and dinners, as well as agree on special menus for the lunch break of employees, clients, and collaborators.
