The San Damiano Agricultural Company was founded in 2010 from the meeting of some partners' passion and the experience of the organic store "La Spiga d'oro" in Treviso.
Here, the brown alpine cows live in a semi-wild state, following their natural rhythms and ensuring high-quality milk, used both raw and pasteurized for the production of yogurt, ricotta, and various types of cheese: from fresh and soft to semi-cooked and aged.
No part is wasted: the whey becomes an integral part of the pigs' diet, from which excellent quality cured meats are produced. Completing the farm are rabbits, chickens, and ducks.
But San Damiano is also synonymous with excellence in wool production. Thanks to the Angora goats and alpacas, we offer yarn and artisanal garments made to order, handcrafted entirely, from scarves to hats to cowls.
Our cheeses can be purchased directly at the farm store, where you can immerse yourself in the genuineness of our products.
Finally, the Company is surrounded by enchanting little lakes and the Giardino della Valpiana, a green space that hosts an extraordinary variety of flowers and plants, creating a true oasis of peace for anyone wishing to be enveloped by the beauty of nature.
