Chiesa Caduti di Cima Vallona

The Chapel of Cima Vallona, located in Tamai, was built and inaugurated in 1967 in memory of 4 soldiers killed in 1966 near the outpost, which was then garrisoned, right on the Italian-Austrian border of Cima Vallona, in the territory of the municipality of San Nicolò, by a bomb placed for this purpose by South Tyrolean terrorists who were active in our territory during those years fighting for the secession of South Tyrol.
