The Fishing Basin no. 7, managed by the APSD Alpago association, includes an interesting area dedicated to sport fishing, located in the Alpago area, in the province of Belluno.
The basin extends between the municipalities of Alpago, Chies d'Alpago, and Tambre and encompasses the waters of the picturesque Lake Santa Croce and numerous streams that traverse the territory, offering various environments and opportunities for fishing enthusiasts.
The waters are divided into different fishing zones, identified by the letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I. Among these are Lake Santa Croce, the Tesa Stream, the Funesia Stream, the Borsòia Stream, the Valturcana Stream, the Tesa Vecchio Stream, the Fermega Stream, the Boccolana Stream, and the Runal Stream.
There is also a regulated No Kill (Catch & Release) fishing zone, identified with the letter L, which pertains to the Rai Stream, from Lake Santa Croce to the Schiette bridge.
The basin allows for various types of fishing, in compliance with the regulations provided. Carpfishing is also permitted, subject to specific authorization and in accordance with the relevant rules.
To access the waters, it is necessary to possess the required fishing permit, available in annual, daily, and multi-day formats.
