The Colle del Tiglio is a small farm in the heart of Valpiana, in Valmorel, nestled among the Belluno Prealps. Since 2021, it has been owned by Alice and Alessandro, young entrepreneurs from Belluno who have chosen to focus on the essential: respect for nature, direct knowledge of what they produce, and a lifestyle consistent with these values.
The production is certified organic throughout the supply chain. The farm manages the semi-wild breeding of Alpine Brown Cows, autonomous cheese production, and direct sales on the farm. The specialty is organic cheeses - soft, semi-hard, and aged - accompanied by fresh dairy products, yogurt, ricotta, and charcuterie in micro-batches. All products are made using traditional techniques without additives.
Each cheese is unique, a testament to passion and daily experimentation. The quality and sustainable supply chain make the products distinctive and appreciated. The sales point is open all year round. Reservations are recommended due to high demand for the cheeses.
