The accommodation, dating back to the early 1900s, was restored in 2025, while maintaining some perfectly preserved original parts (such as the internal staircase, the floors, and the ceilings of the bedrooms and the wooden loft made of natural larch). It is spread over 2 levels: on the ground floor, there is a spacious living area equipped with a full kitchen and a living room with a sofa and TV, with views and access to the garden from both the South and North sides, from which the panorama can be admired. On the 1st floor, there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms: one of these is a double room with a separate but communicating children's room (with a bunk bed); the other has 4 beds distributed over 2 levels (the room has a loft). Wi-Fi. The parking space is free. Use of the washing machine is allowed. Smoking indoors is not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
